Shipping Policy

* Ship to Worldwide. We always make sure all the items are in good condition and be tested before we ship them out. All orders are shipped during business  days and we choose USPS shipping method with online tracking status:
 1)  US Transport Delivery time (excluding the weekends and holiday):
         •US Postal Service First Class Mail Estimated delivery 2-6 business days*
         •US Postal Service Priority Mail Estimated delivery 2-3 business days*
         •US Postal Service Express Mail Overnight to many areas*
 2)  International Transport Delivery time (excluding the weekends and holiday):
         •USPS Priority Mail International (6 to 10 business days)

* For United States customers, you can buy directly from our website. All items listed in our store are free shipping by USPS first class mail. If you choose USPS priority mail or Express mail, the shipping fee will be different according to the item you buy.  For international customers, please email us first, then we will tell you how to send the payment.

* Item will be dispatched within 2 business days after the payment is cleared. If there is a delay due to shortage, we will notify you by email. And we only ship to the address verified by PayPal. Please make sure your paypal address is correct before you make the payment. We need to remind all customers that we need the following information to ensure 100% delivery to you:

         •Full Address with postal code

Return/Refund/Exchange policy
By making a purchase from our store you should agree with our Return/Refund/Exchange policy. The following are the points of our policy:

We offer 30 days replacement Warranty. You may return the item for replacement or credits within 30 days if the product does not meet your expectation.
Please note: all the items returned must be in the original package with a Return Authorization Number, the warranty card and owners manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

* Notes:
• Before you return the item to us, please email us and state the problem. And tell us do you prefer a refund or replacement.
• We won’t offer an exchange or refund except you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• Each item from our store has its unique number. We will confirm that whether the item returned is from our store, so please make sure that the item you returned is our product.
• We will not accept the return of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the package or beyond our return policy.
Products returned to us without proof of delivery or RA number may result in forfeiture of your refund.
